Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups

FRÜT Seed Mix

1/2 cup

FRÜT Chia Seeds

1 cup

Water

1 tsp

Sea salt

1 tsp

Garlic powder (optional)

1 tsp

Onion powder (optional)

Method:

Step 1:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2:

Mix Seeds: In a large bowl, combine chia seeds and the mixed seed blend.

Add Water: Pour in the water and stir well to combine. Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes, allowing the seeds to absorb the water and form a gel-like consistency.

Step 3:

Season: Add sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to the seed mixture. Mix well.

Step 4:

Spread Mixture: Spread the seed mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to smooth it out to about 1/4-inch thickness.

Step 5:

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and score the mixture into cracker shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.

Step 6:

Flip and Bake: Carefully flip the partially baked crackers over and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.

Step 7:

Cool and Break: Allow the crackers to cool completely on a wire rack. Once cooled, break them along the scored lines into individual crackers.

Step 8:

Store: Store the seed crackers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
