ordered a variety of frozen fruits and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The delivery arrived right on time, exactly as promised, which was a huge relief. The packaging was impeccable—neat, sturdy, and well-insulated to keep the fruit frozen.
So impressed every time I order. My frozen fruit comes nicely packaged in a box, still frozen, ready to put in my freezer.

I'm new to Frut but this definitely won't be my last order. Great, fat blueberries at a decent price (beats other brands). Only annoying thing was that they were sold out when I wanted to buy a few weeks ago. Please consider having a waiting list tab on the site that notifies you when product is back in stock.

I went onto your website to order. Your website stated that there is a shop in Durbanville, I was excited as it is just around the corner.
I placed my order, made payment and got a confirmation email.
This was monday.
To my surprise, the email stated, the order will be dispatched from Somerset west.
I did not get any further info as to delivery/estimated delivery date/ any info, until Friday morning when I phoned to find out what and when I will receive my order.
I was only then told the Durbanville shop closed 3 years ago.
I later received my parcel on friday, and was told by the driver they only come to the northern suburbs on mondays and fridays.
None of this information was mentioned on the website.
I find that shocking!
