I live in Pretoria and ordered 16 packets of different fruits for the first time. The delivery was fast and the fruits were still cold, fresh and frozen and the taste of the fruits is excellent
I'm not able to buy all the healthy foods that I need. I decided to bite the bullet and buy the fruit I need for my health and glad I can put in the freezer no waist. Delivery went smoothly and I was able to share an order with my father that is in his 80's who also benefits from these products. Thank you
Upon placing my order, it showed an estimated delivery date of 27 Feb. I didn't hear anything further about the order. I almost missed the delivery on the 27th because I expected the delivery to be confirmed. On the 4th of March I received a mail saying, "Your order has been packed" and soon after another mail saying, "your order has been delivered".
I do a lot of online shopping and usually the delivery date is confirmed before or on the date of delivery. I would have thought this important, especially since the goods are delivered frozen.

I placed and order online for delivery, the service was efficient and I am happy with the fruit I ordered. I ordered a 1kg bag or mango and three 1 kg bags of mixed berries.
I was kept updated regarding my order. They were the only company in Gauteng I could get cherries from within a couple of days. My baby love the frozen fruit cubes as a snack(I know it's probably meant for something else) but it's a great alternative for fresh fruits.

I ordered two boxes of frozen fruit a while ago, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. I appreciated the updates on my delivery status, and the fruits arrived well-packaged in sturdy boxes and quality plastic packaging, not flimsy plastic. The quality of the fruit exceeded my expectations—larger sizes and much fresher than what I've seen in stores. Not only were the fruits visually appealing, but they were also incredibly flavorful!

Sometimes the frozen berries has more nutritional value and kale as well I love my berries really tasye nice no tough skin!

A suggestion though an option of dry ice or polystyrene cooler for transport / packaging to ensure goods stay frozen till it arrives in my deepfreeze (at a fee) and maintain its goodness

As a first time customer all I can say is that I am NOT happy. Only giving it a 1-star as 0-stars is not available. Order was not received. When I enquired about delivery, the driver was extremely rude and arrogant and put down the phone in my ear. When contacting head office regarding this, I was promised a call back to confirm whether the driver was to return. I was not offered the courtesy of that return call. Customer service has not been good so far and I would rather have a refund and support a company that is more professional.
