I’ve tried a few frozen fruits brand before but this one stands out for me in terms of affordability, quality, portion size. Thank you for making this product accessible for us I never regret ordering from you guys. However I do wish the delivery service was a bit more frequent as it can feel a bit lengthy having to wait 5 to 7 days for frozen fruits. Otherwise love the service and the quality of the products.
Great service and good quality frozen fruit. I bought the 1kg bags. As I use 50g from each bag per day to make my smoothie I would prefer and recommend a zip seal packaging option in the 1kg range.

Very very very bad!!! extremely poor service 🙆 ijooh😱 I have waited 2 weeks for my delivery,last week I was told my order will will be delivered on Tuesday 11th.and then I got and email on Friday that my order has been delivered,and I did not receive anything, Today is Tuesday no delivery has been made, when I call I'm told I will get my delivery some time this week, or I must come to the factory, last week I begged them to come and fetch my order they said they don't do walk-ins🙆 mind you I'm running a smoothie business I'm loosing money😭

However, the order has not been delivered, and I have not received any tracking information. Attempts to contact the company through the phone number provided on their website have been unsuccessful, and messages submitted through their website have gone unanswered. This lack of communication and service raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the company.

Very bad delivery service i am waiting for weeks for my order
I have used this fruit for everything from smoothies to cordials and Jams to homebrew and the texture is never shy of perfect. As for taste, I can use them for juice and the pulp still tastes good enough to use again
Still no delivery, I have now received a message that I have received delivery, I tried to call to query why as I have not had my parcel delivered, my call was dropped. No delivery No explanation
