The chocolate frut is absolutely delicious. The blueberry one bursts in your mouth with deliciousness. Love the banana one too. Have got the strawberry, but haven’t tried it yet.

"Orders placed by 3PM will arrive on your next delivery day" - this is not the case, as after I ordered my delivery time was > 5x days later. Good product but very late delivery (I stay in Bryanston/Sandton).

Our website states: “Orders placed by 3PM will arrive on YOUR next delivery day” — referring to the next scheduled delivery day for your specific area, not necessarily the next calendar day.
I also entered your address into the delivery checker on our delivery page, which confirms Wednesday as your delivery day.
As your order was placed on Thursday, 7 May 2026 at 14:28, it unfortunately missed the Tuesday 3PM cut-off for the Wednesday route, and was therefore scheduled for the following Wednesday delivery run.

I’ve checked your order on our system (FRUT-25484), and your area’s delivery day is Wednesdays, when typing in your address on our delivery pagee https://frut.co.za/pages/delivery . As explained on our delivery page, orders placed before 3PM arrive on your next scheduled delivery day for that specific area.
The delivery page also includes the following example:
“If your delivery day is a Thursday:
Order on Monday before 3:00 PM:
Your Früt still arrives Thursday (not Tuesday)
To receive Früt on Thursday:
Order by 3:00 PM on Wednesday”
As your order was placed on Thursday, 7 May 2026 at 10:25, it unfortunately missed the Tuesday 3PM cut-off for your Wednesday delivery route and was therefore scheduled for the following week’s delivery run.
We do however appreciate the feedback regarding the condition of the box on arrival, and we will address this internally with our packing team, as we always aim for orders to arrive in excellent condition.

Please note that all our orders are delivered in refrigerated vehicles that are maintained at the correct temperature to ensure the cold chain is not broken. At this stage, we have not received similar complaints from other customers regarding defrosted goods.
That said, we would like to look into this further. Could you please confirm whether the order was left at a reception area or with security, and if it was placed in a freezer immediately after delivery? Additionally, if you have any photos of the defrosted items, kindly share them with us.

I read the reviews Frut team the other customers already highlighted the snags delivery times and poor customer service. If you can fix it will be great. Listen to your customers and find a way to resolve the delivery times and poor customer service.

Our delivery system is area-based, and all delivery days are clearly listed on the delivery page of our website. Customers simply need to check which day their area is serviced and place their order before 3PM the previous day’s cut-off to qualify for that delivery run. Here is where you can enter your address to check your area delivery day: https://frut.co.za/pages/delivery
For example, if your area’s delivery day is Wednesday, the order needs to be placed before Tuesday at 3PM.
We do however appreciate all customer feedback and continuously work on improving both communication and service levels.
