FRÜT frozen Blueberries

1 cups

FRÜT frozen Blackberries

½ cup

rolled oats

1 cup

almond milk

Method:

Step 1:

Prepare the Frozen Berries:

Measure out 2 cups of FRÜT Frozen Mixed Berries, FRÜT Frozen Blackberries and FRÜT Frozen Blueberries.

Step 2:

Blend the Smoothie Base:

In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, rolled oats, and almond milk.

Step 3:

Blend Until Smooth:

Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.

Step 4:

Assemble the Smoothie Bowl:

Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Step 5:

Add Toppings:

Arrange your preferred toppings over the smoothie bowl. You can use a variety of fresh berries, sliced bananas, chopped nuts, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
