Ingredients:

1½ cups

Früt Frozen Bananas

½ cup

Greek yoghurt (low-fat)

1 tbsp

Honey or maple syrup

½ tsp

Vanilla extract

Optional toppings

Granola, chopped nuts, cacao nibs

Main ingredient:

Frozen Banana

Method:

Step 1:

Blend the frozen bananas, Greek yoghurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Step 2:

Pour into serving bowls or glasses, and top with granola, nuts, cacao nibs, or berries for extra texture and flavour.

Step 3:

Serve immediately as a frozen pudding or chill for 20-30 minutes for a firmer texture.
