Sweet Strawberry Bites

Microwave

Air fryer

Mix

Sweet Strawberry Bites

Ingredients:

½ cup

Früt Frozen Strawberry Purée with Seeds (sweetened)

1 scoop

Früt Whey Protein Powder

1 cup

Früt Rolled Oats

2 tbsp

Nut butter (almond or peanut works great)

1 tbsp

Früt Chia Seeds

1 tbsp

Honey or maple syrup

1 tsp

Vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

100g

Dark chocolate (melted)

1 tsp

Coconut oil (optional – makes dipping smoother and adds shine)

Main ingredient:

Früt Frozen Strawberry Puree With Seeds Sweetened

1kg resealable tub

Shop now

Method:

Step 1:

Mix all ingredients (except the chocolate) in a bowl until well combined.

Step 2:

Chill the mixture in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.

Step 3:

Spoon into bite-sized pieces.

Step 4:

Melt the chocolate (and coconut oil, if using) over a double boiler or in the microwave.

Step 5:

Dip each piece into the melted chocolate and place on a lined tray.

Step 6:

Refrigerate until the chocolate sets and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
