Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

For the Smoothie

1 cup

FRÜT Frozen banana

1 cup

FRÜT Frozen blueberries

1/2 cup

Plain or vanilla yoghurt

1/2 cup

Cranberry apple juice

Main ingredient:

Frozen Blueberry

Method:


Step 1:


In a blender, combine the frozen banana and blueberries.


Step 2:


Add the plain or vanilla yogurt to the blender. This will add creaminess and a tangy flavour to the smoothie.

Step 3:


Pour in the Cranberry Apple Juice. The juice will add sweetness and a fruity taste to the smoothie.



Step 4:


Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Start at a low speed and gradually increase to high.
