Quality of the product is excellent, the pricing is extremely competitive - in fact, Frut's prices are currently the best priced (2025) - and the online ordering process is easy and straight-forward. It would be wonderful if delivery was a bit faster - perhaps two delivery days a week to the different areas? But other than that, 5 stars to Frut!

Never had any problems. Prices are great (better than most retailers/health shops) as is availability. They always deliver on the day they say they will. Their delivery drivers are incredibly polite, friendly and professional. I even missed my order the one day and the driver phoned me back the same day and said he'd come to back to me later that day. He had to go out of his way to do this - it was after 6pm when he arrived for the 2nd time (again, this was my fault 100%). He didn't have to do this - but he did. And he still delivered my goods with a smile, despite how tired I could see he was. Brilliant - I recommend them to everyone.
