Ingredients:

½ cup

Früt frozen mango

½ cup

Früt frozen pineapple

¼ cup

Früt dried mango, finely chopped

¼ cup Früt papaya, chopped (fresh or frozen)

¼ cup Früt papaya, chopped (fresh or frozen)

1½ cups

Früt rolled oats

½ cup

Almond flour or desiccated coconut

¼ cup

Honey or maple syrup

¼ cup

Nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

1 tsp

Früt whey protein powder (optional)

1 tsp

Vanilla extract

X1

Pinch of salt

Method:

Step 1:

Make your fruit purée: In a blender, pulse the frozen mango and pineapple until smooth. It should be thick and slushy; there is no need to thaw first. Add a splash of coconut milk if needed to loosen.

Step 2:

Mix the base: Combine oats, almond flour, salt, and protein powder in a large bowl.

Step 3:

Warm the binder: In a pot, gently melt the nut butter and honey/maple syrup until smooth. Stir in vanilla.

Step 4:

Combine everything: Mix the fruit purée and warm binder into the dry ingredients. Then, add the chopped dried mango and papaya. Stir well.

Step 5:

Press & chill: Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes until firm.

Step 6:

Slice & store: Cut into bars. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for a longer snack stash.
