Tropical Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup

Früt quinoa (cooked and cooled)

½ cup

Früt frozen mango

½ cup

Früt frozen pineapple

½ cup

Früt frozen diced apple

2 tbsp

Früt cashews or almonds (chopped)

Optional

1 tbsp shredded coconut

X1

Juice of a lime

Optional

A drizzle of honey or agave

Garnish

Fresh mint

Main ingredient:

Früt Quinoa Seeds (White)

Method:

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa and frozen fruit (no need to thaw fully; it’ll chill the salad nicely).

Step 2:

Add nuts, coconut, lime juice, and honey.

Step 3:

Toss gently to combine and let sit for 5–10 minutes, allowing the fruit to soften slightly.

Step 4:

Top with fresh chopped mint and enjoy chilled.
