Spooky Fruit Potion

Step 1:

Make the Purée Cubes

Pour the strawberry and blueberry purées into an ice cube tray, alternating colours for a fun mix.

Freeze overnight or at least 4 hours until solid.

These fruity cubes will help keep the drinks cold and add a punch of flavour.

Step 2:

Make the Jelly Layer

In a small pot, gently warm ½ cup of strawberry and ½ cup of blueberry purée together until smooth and liquid.

Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the warm mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture into a glass dish or tray (about 2–3 cm deep).

Allow to cool slightly, then refrigerate until fully set (about 2 hours or overnight).

Once set, cut into cubes or use Halloween cookie cutters for fun shapes.

Step 3:

Mix the Passionfruit Drink

In a jug, mix the passionfruit purée with 1 ½ cups of water.

Stir well and chill.

Step 4:

Assemble the Spooky Drinks

Add a few jelly cubes to the bottom of each cup.

Drop in 1–2 frozen strawberry or blueberry purée cubes.

Pour the chilled passionfruit mix over the top to create a layered look.

Top with a few frozen blueberries to make a spooky “eyeball.”

Serve immediately and watch the fruity magic happen!
