Rooibos Refresher Iced Tea

Microwave

Blender

Air fryer

Mix

Rooibos Refresher Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 cup

Früt frozen mandarin segments

½ cup

Früt frozen lemon wedges

X4

Rooibos tea bags

X4 cups

Boiling water

3 tbsp

Honey (or to taste)

Garnish

Fresh mint leaves

Optional

Ice cubes

Main ingredient:

Früt Frozen Mandarin Segments

Method:

Step 1:

Add Rooibos tea bags, lemon wedges, and mandarin segments to a large jug.

Step 2:

Pour over boiling water and steep for 10 minutes.

Step 3:

Remove tea bags, stir in honey, then let cool.

Step 4:

Strain the tea through a fine sieve or muslin cloth, pressing the fruit to release flavour. Discard pulp.

Step 5:

Chill until cold, then serve over ice with mint.
