Ingredients:

The Glaze

1 cup

FRÜT pomegranate juice concentrate

2 tbsp

honey

1 tbsp

balsamic vinegar

1 tsp

soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

X1

clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Main ingredient:

Pomegranate Juice Concentrate

350g resealable bottle

Method:

Step 1:

Combine pomegranate juice concentrate, honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a saucepan.

Step 2:

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 mins until thickened.

Step 3:

Brush over pork chops, chicken, or lamb during grilling or baking, or serve as a dipping sauce.
