Pineapple Pudding

Ingredients:

2 cups

Früt frozen pineapple chunks

½ cup

Sugar (or sweetener of choice)

1 tbsp

Cornflour

1 cup

Milk (or coconut milk for extra creaminess)

1 tsp

Vanilla essence

Pinch of salt

Method:

Step 1:

In a blender, blend the frozen pineapple chunks until smooth. Add a splash of milk if needed to help it blend.

Step 2:

In a pot, combine sugar, cornflour, remaining milk, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until smooth.

Step 3:

Add the blended pineapple purée directly into the pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy.

Step 4:

Pour into serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours (or serve slightly warm for a cosy treat).

Tip:

Top with extra pineapple chunks or coconut flakes for a tropical finish.
