Ingredients:

Früt Frozen Pineapple Pieces

½ cup

Früt Frozen Ginger

½ cup

Früt Frozen Lemon Segments

A Handful of Fresh Mint Leaves

A Handful of Fresh Mint Leaves

1 cup

Sparkling Water (or Soda Water)

Optional

1 tbsp Honey or Sugar Syrup

Optional

Ice

Optional

50ml White Rum

Main ingredient:

Früt Frozen Pineapple

Früt Frozen Pineapple

Method:

Step 1:

Add frozen pineapple, ginger & lemon to your blender.

Step 2:

Toss in fresh mint, honey and a splash of sparkling water, then blend until slushy and smooth.

Step 3:

Pour into a chilled glass, top with more sparkling water (and rum, if using).

Step 4:

Garnish with mint and a lemon wedge.
