Ingredients:

2 cups

Früt frozen bananas

1 tbsp

Früt chia seeds

3 tbsp

Peanut butter

1 cup

Milk

2 tbsp

Cocoa powder

¼ tsp

Pure vanilla extract

Main ingredient:

Method:

Step 1:

Blend the Ingredients:

In a blender, combine the sliced frozen bananas, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, ¼ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, and 1 cup of milk.

Step 2:

Blend Until Smooth:

Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.

Step 3:

Assemble and Garnish:

Pour the smoothie into serving bowls. Sprinkle your choice of toppings over the smoothie bowl. You can use whole grain cereal, crushed graham crackers, chopped peanuts, and additional chia seeds.
