Nutty Trail Mix Bars

Nutty Trail Mix Bars

Ingredients:

The Bars

1.5 cups

FRÜT nuts, chopped & whole (mixture of your choice)

3/4 cup

FRÜT seeds (mixture of your choice)

1/2 cup

FRÜT dried fruit, chopped

1/4 cup

honey/maple syrup/date syrup

1-2 tablespoons

nut butter

1/2 teaspoon

vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Main ingredient:

Früt Roasted and Salted Mixed Nuts

Method:

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 150°C
Line baking tray with baking paper & set aside

Step 2:

In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined
Transfer mixture onto tray and press firmly so that it’s packed tightly.

Step 3:

Bake for ~20mins.

Step 4:

Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 1 hour, then chill in fridge for 1 more hour.

Step 5:

Remove from fridge and gently lift out mixture on baking paper
Cut into even-sized bars.

Step 6:

Wrap bars individually and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
