Ingredients:

1 scoop

Früt whey protein powder

3 tbsp

Flour (all-purpose or oat flour)

1 tbsp

Cocoa powder

¼ tsp

Baking powder

2 tbsp

Milk (any kind)

¼ cup

Früt frozen mixed berries

1 tbsp

Maple syrup or honey

1 tbsp

Melted butter or oil

A few chunks of chocolate or choc chips

Method:

Step 1:

In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, protein powder, cocoa and baking powder.

Step 2:

Stir in milk, syrup, and butter until smooth.

Step 3:

Gently fold in frozen berries and chocolate.

Step 4:

Microwave for 60–90 seconds (until just set).

Step 5:

Let it cool slightly… then dig in!
