Oven

Microwave

Blender

Air fryer

Mix

Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups

Früt frozen Lemon Wedges (≈ 3 medium lemons, deseeded)

¼–⅓ cup

Sugar (or honey/agave to taste)

½ cup

Cold water (add more if needed for blending)

Optional

A few fresh mint leaves or zest for extra zing

Method:

Step 1:

Place the frozen Lemon Wedges in a high-speed blender/food processor.

Step 2:

Add sugar and half the water. Blend until crumbly.

Step 3:

Gradually add more water and keep blending until smooth and sorbet-like.

Step 4:

Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.

Step 5:

Scoop and serve immediately, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer sorbet.
