Ingredients:

Smoothie Bowl

1 cup

FRÜT frozen kale

1 cup

FRÜT frozen banana

1/2 cup

FRÜT frozen berries (such as strawberries or blueberries)

1/2 cup

almond milk or coconut water

Optional

honey or maple syrup for sweetness

Main ingredient:

Früt Frozen Kale

Method:

Step 1:

In a blender, combine the frozen kale, banana, berries, and almond milk (or coconut water).
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid if needed to reach your desired consistency.

Step 2:

Taste and adjust sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup if desired.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Toppings:

Customise your smoothie bowl with your favourite toppings such as sliced fresh fruit, granola, nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut.
