Green Goddess Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

For the smoothie bowl

1 cup

Frozen kale

1 cup

Avocado

1 cup

FRÜT frozen banana

1 cup

FRÜT frozen kiwi

1 x

Apple

1 cup

Almond milk

2 tbs

FRÜT brown flaxseeds

Main ingredient:

Früt Frozen Kiwi

Method:

Step 1:


Measure out 1 cup of frozen kale, 1 cup of peeled and pitted avocado, 1 cup of FRÜT Frozen Banana, 1 cup of FRÜT Frozen Kiwi, and 1 diced apple.


Step 2:


In a blender, combine the frozen kale, avocado, frozen banana, frozen kiwi, diced apple, almond milk, and FRÜT brown flaxseeds.


Step 3:


Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.

Step 4:


Pour the smoothie into a bowl.


Step 5:


Arrange your preferred toppings over the smoothie bowl. You can use sliced kiwi, diced apple, chopped nuts, and a drizzle of honey or agave for extra flavour.
