The Smoothie

200g

FRÜT frozen Banana

50ml

FRÜT Beetroot juice

100g

FRÜT frozen Strawberries

X1

small Apple

200g

Low Fat Yoghurt

5g

FRÜT Flaxseed

1tsp

Honey

Method:

Step 1:

Blend Fruits:

In a blender, combine the frozen banana, beetroot juice, frozen strawberries, chopped small apple, low-fat yogurt, and FRÜT Flaxseed.
Sweeten and Blend:

Add honey to taste, starting with a small amount and adjusting as desired.

Step 2:

Sip and savour the revitalising and nutritious flavours of your fruit smoothie creation.
