Früt Frozen Pineapple

½ cup

Früt Frozen Banana

½ cup

Früt Coconut Milk

½ cup

Früt Coconut Water

Optional

1 shot White Rum

Optional

1 tsp Honey or Agave

Optional

1 cup Ice (for a thicker texture)

Method:

Step 1:

Add frozen pineapple and banana to your blender, then pour in coconut milk and coconut water.

Step 2:

Add rum for a classic kick. Blend until smooth and silky.

Step 3:

Pour into a cold glass and top with extra frozen pineapple.
