Ingredients:

Ice Cream

2 cups

FRÜT frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup

coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk

2-3 tablespoons

honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon

vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt

Method:

Step 1:

Place the frozen mango chunks, coconut cream or coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt in a blender or food processor.

Step 2:

Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Step 3:

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.

Step 4:

Once smooth, transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or airtight container.

Step 5:

Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm.
When ready to serve, let the frozen mango ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.

Step 6:

Scoop into bowls or cones, and garnish with fresh mango slices or mint leaves if desired.
