Coffee Freezo

Ingredients:

For the smoothie:

1 cup

FRÜT Frozen banana

2 tsp

Chia seeds

1 tbsp

Tahini or organic virgin coconut oil

2 x

De-pitted dates

A pinch

Ground cardamom

2 tbs

Organic instant coffee or espresso powder

1 x

Egg or vegan alternative

½ cup

Almond milk/water

Main ingredient:

Früt Frozen Banana

Method:

Step 1:


In a blender, combine the frozen banana, chia seeds, tahini or coconut oil, de-pitted dates, ground cardamom, and organic instant coffee or espresso powder.


Step 2:


If using an egg, crack it and add it to the blender.

Step 3:


Add the almond milk or water to the blender. This will help achieve the desired consistency.

Step 4:


Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture. Start at a low speed and gradually increase to high.


Notes:

Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or flavour by adding more dates, coffee, or cardamom if desired.
