Blackcurrant Mojito

Ingredients:

1 cup

Früt Frozen Blackcurrants

X6-8

Fresh Mint Leaves

1 tbsp

Sugar Syrup (or Honey)

Optional

50ml White Rum

150ml

Soda Water or Sparkling Water

½

Juice of a Lime

Optional

Ice Cubes

Garnish

Fresh Mint or some Frozen Blackcurrants

Main ingredient:

Früt Frozen Blackcurrant

Method:

Step 1:

Muddle the frozen blackcurrants with mint leaves and sugar syrup in a glass or cocktail shaker.

Step 2:

Add lime juice and rum if using. Pour in soda water and stir gently.

Step 3:

Add ice cubes for extra chill and garnish with a sprig of mint or a few blackcurrants floating on top.
