The Base

1 cup

Früt frozen blackberries

½ cup

Früt frozen mixed berries

½ cup

Früt frozen banana

½ cup

Almond milk (or milk of choice)

Garnish

1 tbsp

Früt chia seeds

1 tbsp

Früt rolled oats

1 tbsp

Früt almonds

1 tbsp

Dried coconut flakes

Drizzle of honey (optional)

Main ingredient:

Frozen Blackberry

Method:

Step 1:

Blend the frozen blackberries, banana, mixed berries, and almond milk until smooth.

Step 2:

Pour the mixture into a bowl.

Step 3:

Top with chia seeds, oats, almonds, coconut, and a drizzle of honey.
