Beetroot Hummus

Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients:

The Hummus

Cans chickpeas

2 tbsp

Tahini

1 tsp

garlic

2 tsp

salt

X2

Lemons (juiced)

2 tbsp

Olive oil

2 Cups

roasted beetroot

100ml

water

Main ingredient:

Frozen Red Beet

Method:

Step 1:

Roast the frozen beetroot on a baking tray for 20 minutes.

Step 2:

Add all ingredients to your jug and blend on high speed until smooth.

Step 3:

Scoop into a bowl, drizzle with some extra olive oil and serve.
