Spinach & Feta Puff Pastry

Ingredients:

The Filling

300g

FRÜT frozen spinach, thawed and excess water squeezed out

150g

feta cheese, crumbled

X1

lemon zest

A pinch

salt and pepper to taste

The Pastry

X1

pack of frozen puff pastry (thawed)

X1

egg, beaten

Olive oil spray

Main ingredient:

Frozen Spinach

Method:

Step 1:

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F).

Prepare the filling by combining thawed spinach, feta, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Step 2:

Cut and fill the pasties, then seal and crimp the edges.

Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Step 3:

Place in the air fryer, spray with olive oil, and air fry at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until golden.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
