Persimmon Summer Sorbet

Ingredients:

The Sorbet

3 cups

Früt frozen diced persimmon

1 tbsp

Fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp

Honey or agave syrup

1/4 cup

coconut milk (or any plant-based milk)

A pinch

Früt grated ginger (optional for a zesty kick)

Main ingredient:

Method:

Step 1:

Place frozen persimmons, lemon juice, honey, and coconut milk into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 2:

Serve immediately as a soft sorbet or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture. Scoop into bowls, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and enjoy!

Tip:

Add some frozen berries for a splash of colour and extra flavour.
