Pan-Fried Passion Fruit Prawns

Ingredients:

The Prawns

400g

Large prawns, peeled and deveined

1/4 cup

FRÜT frozen passion fruit puree, thawed

X2

cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp

honey

1 tbsp

fresh cilantro, chopped

Pinch

Salt and pepper to taste

X1

Lime wedge for garnish

FRÜT frozen Ginger

Main ingredient:

Frozen Passionfruit Puree with Seeds Unsweetened

1kg resealable tub

Method:

Step 1:

In a bowl, combine the thawed passion fruit puree, minced garlic, honey, and chopped cilantro. Mix well and set aside.

Step 2:

Season the prawns with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.

Step 3:

Pour the passion fruit sauce over the prawns in the skillet. Stir to coat the prawns evenly with the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and coat the prawns.

Serve the pan-fried passion fruit prawns immediately, garnished with lime wedges.
