No-Bake Berry Protein Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup

Früt frozen mixed berries or raspberries

1 cup

Früt rolled oats

2 tbsp

Früt chia seeds

1 scoop (about 30g)

Früt whey protein powder

½ cup

Almond flour or ground almonds

2 tbsp

Nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)

1–2 tbsp

Maple syrup or honey (optional)

½ tsp

Vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional

Desiccated coconut or crushed nuts for rolling

Main ingredient:

Frozen Mixed Berries

Method:

Step 1:

In a food processor, blitz the berries until smooth.

Step 2:

Add the oats, almond flour, chia seeds, protein powder, nut butter, vanilla, and salt. Blend until a thick dough forms.

Step 3:

Taste and add maple syrup or honey if you want more sweetness.

Step 4:

Roll into bite-sized balls. If the mixture is sticky, chill for 15 minutes first.

Step 5:

Roll in coconut or crushed nuts (optional).

Step 6:

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer.
