Ingredients:

The Pancakes

1 cup

FRÜT rolled oats

1 scoop

FRÜT whey protein powder

X1

Ripe banana, mashed

1 cup

Milk (dairy or plant-based)

X1

Egg

1 tsp

Baking powder

Pinch of salt

Optional

Toppings of your choice

Main ingredient:

Method:

Step 1:

Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, blend the rolled oats until they form a fine flour-like consistency.

Step 2:

Mix Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, whey protein powder, mashed banana, milk, egg, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Step 3:

Heat Pan: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface with oil or cooking spray.

Step 4:

Cook Pancakes: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set.

Step 5:

Flip and Cook: Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

Step 6:

Serve: Stack the pancakes on a plate and top with honey or your favourite toppings. Enjoy warm!
