1 cup

unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup

FRÜT frozen banana

1 cup

FRÜT frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup

FRÜT frozen mango chunks

Method:

Step 1:

Blend the Smoothie:
In a blender, combine the frozen dragon fruit, unsweetened almond milk, frozen banana, frozen pineapple chunks, and frozen mango chunks.
Blend Until Smooth:
Start the blender on low and gradually increase the speed to high. Blend until you have a creamy and smooth consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well mixed.

Step 2:

Pour and Garnish:
Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Add Toppings:
This is where you get creative! Top your dragon fruit smoothie bowl with your favourite toppings. Some popular choices include sliced banana, granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds, fresh berries, and a drizzle of honey.

Note:

Feel free to adjust the thickness of your smoothie bowl by adding more or less almond milk. The toppings are where you can really personalise your bowl, so have fun with it!
