Ingredients:

For the filling

4 cups

FRÜT frozen blackberries

1/2 cup

granulated sugar

2 tbsp

cornstarch

1 tbsp

lemon juice

1 tsp

vanilla extract

For the Crumble Topping

1 cup

FRÜT rolled oats

1/2 cup

all-purpose flour

1/2 cup

brown sugar

1/2 cup

cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

1/2 tsp

ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp

salt

Main ingredient:

Frozen Blackberry

Method:

Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen blackberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well to coat the blackberries evenly.

Transfer the blackberry mixture to a greased baking dish.

Step 3:

In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Add the cold butter pieces to the mixture. Using your fingers or a pastry cutter, mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 4:

Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the blackberry filling.

Step 5:

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Step 6:

Let the blackberry crumble cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Step 7:

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
