Baked Fig and Goat's Cheese

Ingredients:

FRÜT frozen figs, halved

150g

goat's cheese, crumbled

2 tbsp

honey

1 tbsp

balsamic glaze

A Pinch

Fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Main ingredient:

Frozen Black Fig

Method:

Step 1:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Assemble the Bake: Place the frozen fig halves directly in a baking dish. Crumble the goat's cheese evenly over the figs.

Step 2:

Drizzle with Sweetness: Drizzle honey over the figs and goat's cheese. Add a touch of balsamic glaze for a flavour boost.

Step 3:

Bake to Perfection: Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is slightly melted and the figs are soft.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the top, and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
