Ingredients:

The Doughnuts

1 cup

Früt frozen diced apples (keep them frozen)

2 cups

All-purpose flour

1/2 cup

Granulated sugar

2 tsp

Baking powder

1/2 tsp

Cinnamon

1/4 tsp

Nutmeg

1/4 tsp

Salt

2/3 cup

Milk

1/4 cup

Melted butter

X1

Large egg

1 tsp

Vanilla extract

Method:

Step 1:

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2:

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Step 3:

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.

Step 4:

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Step 5:

Gently fold in the frozen diced apples (no need to thaw).

Step 6:

Scoop the batter into a doughnut mould. (remember to grease the pan.)

Step 7:

Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 8:

Let cool slightly, then drizzle with icing or dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
