Processing time:

Once you place an order, please allow 1 day for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. During this time, our team will carefully pack and quality check your order to ensure it meets our high standards.

Delivery time:

After the processing period, the estimated delivery time for your order is based on our delivery order dates and areas. Our delivery schedule is carefully planned, and we aim to provide reliable and punctual service. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions may occasionally cause slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Delivery areas:

We currently offer delivery services to most areas in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Pretoria. To check if we deliver to your specific area, please enter your address on our website. Each area has its own dedicated delivery day, which will be displayed upon entering your address. We are continually expanding our delivery network, and if your area is not currently listed, please send us a message with your name, area, and email address. We will notify you if/when we add your area to our delivery service.

Store collection:

If you prefer, you can also collect your order from one of our stores. We have conveniently located stores in Waedville (JHB) & Somerset West (CT). For store locations, trading hours, and contact details, please visit our Branches page on our website.

Delivery charges:

We charge a flat fee of R90.00 per delivery, regardless of the size of your order or the delivery area. This ensures a consistent and transparent pricing structure for all our customers.

Delivery address:

We are happy to deliver to almost any address within our designated delivery areas. However, if your delivery is to an office building, we kindly request that you inform the building's security about the expected delivery. This will help ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery process.

Order tracking:

We currently do not offer order tracking services. However, if you have any concerns regarding your delivery or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
