Overnight oats are super-easy to prepare, portable, inexpensive and a delicious way to get your day off on the right foot.

Soaked oats have some unique properties that make them a must for those looking to improve their morning breakfast. The best part is, soaked oats are easy, take less time to prepare, and all the work is done overnight as you sleep. PLUS, they taste delicious!

Peanut butter overnight oats

Overnight Peanut Butter Oats

Ingredients

½ Cup rolled oats

½ Cup unsweetened plain almond milk

¾ Tbsp. Früt Chia seeds

2 Tbsp. natural salted peanut butter or almond butter (creamy or crunchy)

1 Tbsp. Früt Wild Blossom Honey

Instructions

  • To a mason jar or small bowl, add almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and honey and stir with a spoon to combine.
  • Add oats and stir a few more times.
  • Press down with a spoon to ensure all oats have been moistened and are immersed in almond milk.
  • Cover securely with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight or a minimum for 8 hours

NOTE: Overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, though best within the first 12-24 hours.

Cranberry & cacao nibs refrigerator oats

Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds, Cranberries and Cocoa Nibs

Ingredients

½ Cup rolled oats

½ Cup unsweetened plain almond milk

¾ Tbsp. Früt Chia seeds

1 Tbsp. Früt Wild Blossom Honey

¼ Cup Früt IQF Banana pieces

¼ Cup Früt IQF Cranberries

2 Tablespoons Früt Cacao nibs /

2 Teaspoons ground flax seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the oats, chia seeds, honey, banana to your container of choice and pour in almond milk.
  • Make certain that the oats are covered in the milk.
  • Add the cranberries and cacao nibs
  • Cover securely with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight minimum for 8 hours

Blueberry and honey overnight oats

Ingredients

½ Cup rolled oats

½ Cup unsweetened plain almond milk

¾ Tbsp. Früt Chia seeds

¼ Cup greek yoghurt

1 Tbsp. Früt Wild Blossom Honey

¼ Cup Früt IQF Banana Pieces

½ Cup Früt IQF Blueberries

Instructions

  • Add Rolled Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, and add in blueberries and banana pieces and Greek yogurt.
  • Sweeten by topping with honey before refrigerating.
  • NOTE: You can try this recipe with any berry variation.

Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats Mixed Berries

 Ingredients

 ½ Cup rolled oats

½ Cup unsweetened plain almond milk

¾ Tbsp. Früt Chia seeds

¼ Cup greek yoghurt

1 Tbsp. Früt Wild Blossom Honey

¼ Cup Früt IQF Banana Pieces

¼ Cup Früt IQF Blueberries

¼ Cup Früt IQF Blackberries

¼ Cup Früt IQF Raspberries

Instructions

  • Add oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, add low-fat yogurt, and sprinkle in chia seeds along with the honey.
  • Add in combined mixture of frozen blackberries, banana, and raspberries.
  • Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later!
