Delivery Product FAQ

We currently deliver to most areas in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Pretoria. Each area has its own dedicated delivery day, so please visit our Delivery page to find yours. We hope to expand further into the country, so if you do not see your area there, please send us a message with your name, area, and email address and we'll let you know if/when it gets added.

We'll give you a courtesy phone call before arriving at your delivery address, and if no one is available to accept the goods upon arrival we'll return the products to our dispatch office. You will then need to either pay an additional delivery fee or come collect your order from one of our stores (please bring your proof of payment and electronic receipt). We do apologise for any inconvenience caused in an instance like this, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we have to take every precaution possible to ensure they are received in peak condition.

There are 2 ways for you to get your hands on our delicious products: delivery or store collection. We have stores in Durbanville (CT), Somerset West (CT), Wadeville (Jhb), and Mount Edgecombe (Dbn). Please visit our Branches page for all store locations, trading hours, and contact details. 

We charge a flat fee of R80.00 per delivery regardless of order size or area.

We are happy to deliver to almost any address given that falls within our designated delivery areas. If it is an office building, we ask that you please make sure that security is aware of the delivery.

There is no minimum order quantity, but it makes more sense to buy in bulk and spread the cost of delivery over as many products as possible (especially since you can store extras in your freezer for about two years). If you live in a shared flat or have friends, family, or co-workers who are looking for similar products, you can place one order together and get it delivered to one household to save on costs.

Payments are made through a secure portal from the trusted services of Walletdoc and Ozow, two accredited and independent third-party payment gateways. Online payments can be made with a debit/credit card or Instant EFT. Please note that Früt is a cashless business, so we do not accept cash payments for any orders (both in-store and for delivery); this is to ensure that all our staff members are always as safe as possible.
