½ cup quinoa
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 ½ cup almonds milk
½ cup water
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Heat up a medium-sized pot and toast the grains for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Reduce the heat, cover and allow to cook for about 20 minutes until the grains are tender. Add water to loosen the porridge if desired.
- Serve topped with almond milk, blueberries and chopped almonds.
