  • Basil ricotta ravioli
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste



1. While ravioli cooks, In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add onion, cook until tender. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice and basil and cook for about 2 minutes. Season to taste.

2. Pour ravioli in a serving bowl, pour lemon basil sauce over the ravioli and garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
