DAILY GREENS SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen kale or spinach
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • Honey to taste
  • Blueberry & chia seeds to garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. Add almond milk first into your blender in order to protect your blender blades then add honey (and protein power).
  2. Add leafy greens (Frozen kale or spinach) then add frozen fruits (banana & mango)
  3. Add almonds and blend till smooth
  4. Once smooth pour smoothie mixture into a bowl and garnish with frozen blueberries & chia seeds.
