
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen kale or spinach
- ¼ cup almonds
- Honey to taste
- Blueberry & chia seeds to garnish
Instructions:
- Add almond milk first into your blender in order to protect your blender blades then add honey (and protein power).
- Add leafy greens (Frozen kale or spinach) then add frozen fruits (banana & mango)
- Add almonds and blend till smooth
- Once smooth pour smoothie mixture into a bowl and garnish with frozen blueberries & chia seeds.
