  • 1.5 cups nuts, chopped & whole (mixture of your choice)
    Optional: roast nuts before starting recipe
  • 3/4 cup seeds (mixture of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit, chopped (mango/apricot/cranberries/goji etc.)
  • 1/4 cup honey/maple syrup/date syrup
  • 1-2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Preheat oven to 150°C
  2. Line baking tray with baking paper & set aside
  3. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined
  4. Transfer mixture onto tray and press firmly so that it’s packed tightly
  5. Bake for ~20mins
  6. Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 1 hour, then chill in fridge for 1 more hour
  7. Remove from fridge and gently lift out mixture on baking paper
  8. Cut into even-sized bars
  9. Wrap bars individually and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
