
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups nuts, chopped & whole (mixture of your choice)
Optional: roast nuts before starting recipe - 3/4 cup seeds (mixture of your choice)
- 1/2 cup dried fruit, chopped (mango/apricot/cranberries/goji etc.)
- 1/4 cup honey/maple syrup/date syrup
- 1-2 tablespoons nut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 150°C
- Line baking tray with baking paper & set aside
- In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined
- Transfer mixture onto tray and press firmly so that it’s packed tightly
- Bake for ~20mins
- Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 1 hour, then chill in fridge for 1 more hour
- Remove from fridge and gently lift out mixture on baking paper
- Cut into even-sized bars
- Wrap bars individually and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
