
Ingredients:
- 1 cup FRÜT frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons wild blossom honey
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon mustard
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Method:
- Defrost raspberries
- Place raspberries and honey in a small bowl & mash away with a fork
- Add remaining ingredients (except olive oil) and whisk/shake/blend until fully combined, then slowly add in oil while still mixing
Salad suggestion: spinach, almonds, blue cheese, avocado
